I was pleased to talk with Jerome Horne, who is very active in the online urban planning and advocacy space, as well as a transit ridership specialist in Indianapolis, about his journey as a black man in a Baltimore native black family, in the early 2000s Atlanta suburbs, in college in Southwest Georgia and now in Indianapolis and online. You can find Jerome in so many online spaces, both him and his glorious collection of transit signs, which I can’t help but nerd out over as a transit geek myself.
